1.3 Services: Includes, but is not limited to well-being audits, health & well-being policy and strategy development, organising onsite health and wellness checks, nutrition and fitness, mental health ambassadors and any program or service purchased through our booking system.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 HealthSense Consulting FZ – LLC provides services and programs aimed at improving the well-being of staff in the workplace. The programs we offer include:

• Personalised 1-on-1 Health & Life Coaching

• C-Suite training

• Educational Talks/Workshops focused on health and well-being.

• Well-being events/showcase (Life Core) hosted internally within client organisations.

• Access to various programs and services available for booking through our website.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when required for consultations or bookings. 

2.3 We strive to deliver high-quality services based on best practices in health and wellness. However, results vary depending on individual effort, health conditions, and other factors, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from these services. 

2.4 You are responsible for consulting a licensed medical professional before starting any health or program recommended by us.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All bookings for consultations, workshops, and other services must be made through our website. 

3.2 Payments must be completed prior to the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to our cancellation policy outlined in Section 6.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during consultations, bookings, and communication is accurate and up to date.

4.2 You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that could impact participation in our services.

4.3 Participation in our programs and services is voluntary. You acknowledge that you have made an informed decision to participate and that you are solely responsible for any risks associated with this decision.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

5.1 HealthSense Consulting FZ-LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from participation in our services or programs.

5.2 We do not guarantee specific results or provide medical advice, and our services are not intended as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold HealthSense Consulting FZ-LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in our programs or services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of any scheduled service. Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund.

6.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at our discretion.

6.3 HealthSense Consulting FZ-LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at any time. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
