Lisa Barclay studied a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management at Atlantic Technology University (ATU) in Ireland. Her passion for understanding human behavior, especially in workplace settings, led her to further studies in Healthcare Administration Management at Herzing Medical College in Toronto, Canada, Organizational Psychology at IBAT College, Dublin and Quality Improvement in Healthcare at the University of Bath, UK, Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Lisa went on to complete a Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Derby, United Kingdom. To further expand Lisa ability to support and guide others, she also became a certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, Idaho, USA. These educational experiences equipped Lisa with a comprehensive understanding of human well-being in both personal, organizational contexts. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including 11 years in the Middle East, Lisa has established herself as a passionate advocate for employee well-being and mental health. Her career is defined by a strong work ethic, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of those around her.
